How I started:
May I offer you a very warm welcometo Gifts a la Heart's fledgling on line store, and introduce myself.
I am Ralph, and reside in Edison, New Jersey along with my precious 4.2 pound Yorkshire Terrier, named Kassie Kisse's.
I began my business in April of 2003, first auctioning on eBay, and subsequently opened an eBay store which I closed on January 12, 2005 due to the exorbitant fee increases which of course not only affect the seller but also buyers, causing sellers to take a loss on there already low profit margins or pass the increase onto there customers, which certainly is not fair to customers, nor would I contemplate doing, I thus refrained from doing such by closing my store, and chose to continue selling at fair prices by building my own on line store (web site), and hopefully through my catalog sales.
My Philosophy:
and ultimate goal is to continue keeping my customers satisfied, and pleased with their purchases, maintaining a high standard of honesty and integrity with all, along with a fast courteous customer service base.
YES! There are store policies on shipping and handling, damages , defective merchandise, lost in transit, yet in any and all situations, I never forget the human spirit and will do all it takes, and within my power to remedy or rectify any concerns and issues to the ultimate satisfaction of my customers.
Product Origin:
Many ofthe products I sell, I can assure you come from a reputable and trustworthy "QUALITY" merchandiser of collectibles and other products, whom many on eBay and the internet may be very familiar with, though with this one exception, I guarantee you my prices are lower than what they sell same products for, I do not begrudge them, though sincerely believe if I get a deal (discount) why shouldn't I pass it on to my customers who also deserve a break (discount) from today’s out-rageous prices for some products, I am not out to get rich quick, just wish to supplement my income and do so in a fair and equitable manner.
Yes! so you my customer benefits, as I of course do also, that being said if you see the same product for sale else where, if you will please consider me, I will match or offer you a lower price if reasonable.
Please shop wisely, when you think you have that bargain price and/or free shipping, please come back and compare, you will if nothing else get an honest quote.
